Cancellation & Re-enrollment

If you cancel your membership and later wish to rejoin, a $500 re-enrollment fee will apply.

Upgrade Policy

If you upgrade from Tier 1 to Tier 2, you cannot switch back to Tier 1. Upgrades are permanent.

Financial Hardship

If you're experiencing financial difficulties, contact us about pausing your membership instead of canceling to avoid the re-enrollment fee.
